Why I Started
MOSAiC.
I'm Prakanth Prasad, and I go by PK. I run MOSAiC Systems out of Columbus, Ohio, and I do the building myself.
Three things convinced me this business needed to exist. They are also the three things that decide whether AI is worth doing at a business your size.

Three Things That
Made Me Start This.
- 01
Leverage
AI changed what one person can get done.
Work that used to need a team, a budget and a long runway now needs one person who knows what to build. It also closed the gap between technical and non-technical, so the person who actually understands the business is no longer waiting on someone else to translate it. I watched that change happen in my own work, and it is still early.
- 02
Access
The businesses that would benefit most have no straight path to it.
An enterprise has people for this: someone to evaluate the tools, someone to wire them together, someone to run the rollout. A local trade company has an owner already doing four jobs, and the noise around AI makes it worse. The small and medium businesses that keep their communities running are not short on interest. They are short on anyone who will sit on their side of the table and do the work.
- 03
Adoption
These projects fail on adoption, not on technology.
The reason most of them fail is not that the technology did not work, it is that nobody made sure it got used. Software nobody opens is the same as software nobody built. That is the part almost nobody sells, and it is the part I care about most.
So I Build It Myself,
And I Stay.
Those three add up to one answer, and it is not a strategy deck. I build your system myself, train your team myself, and stay until it is working. There is no account manager between you and the person writing the code, no subcontractor you never meet, and no handoff at launch.
One person is not the limitation here. It is the mechanism.
There are two agents running on the homepage right now, a voice agent and a chat assistant. Both are mine. Ask either one what I build and whether it fits your business.
Try the live demosFour and a half years at Zero Motorcycles building and managing engineering systems, then an MBA. Enough engineering to build the thing, enough business to know which parts are worth building.
Tell Me What
Is Not Working.
A call is a conversation about your business, not a pitch. If AI is not the answer to what you are dealing with, I will tell you that.
